Alena has appeared in both film and theater productions in Los Angeles and San Francisco.  After graduating university with a double major Bachelor of Art in both Classics and Medieval History, she moved to Los Angeles.  She most recently starred in the 3D horror film, Found Footage 3D, where she has received high critical acclaim and won two Best Actress Awards for her outstanding performance.  Additional recent film credits include Hackers Game and The Activist. 

 

She is a student of Berg Studios with head instructor and founder, Gregory Berger-Sobeck in his Master Class. Alena has formerly studied with Shelley Mitchell of the Actors Center of San Francisco, Tony Greco, Susan Batson, and Sean Penn, among others. 

 

Alena is the great grand daughter of actor/director Erich von Stroheim.
